The Innocent Justice Foundation is a charitable 501(c)(3) non-profit that acts as a nationwide police foundation to help raise money for law enforcement equipment, training, and other resources. It does this by soliciting funds from donors in the local area of the requesting law enforcement agency (mostly writing grants to local private foundations). There is no cost to the law enforcement agency. Donors are requested to pay a negotiable 10% administrative fee to cover the Innocent Justice costs for researching and identifying donors, writing grants, handling money, purchasing equipment, and following up for one year post-funding.
The Innocent Justice Foundation only funds grants to law enforcement and other governmental agencies involved in the prevention, investigation, prosecution, or criminal adjudication of sex crimes against children.
The Innocent Justice Foundation's mission is to help rescue American children from child sexual abuse and significantly impact and reduce the epidemic of child sex crimes in the United States.
The Innocent Justice Foundation's primary area of interest is to assist child pornography investigations by providing essential equipment, programs, and projects. Boosting ICAC task force investigation and forensic capability is the top priority.
